Then to represent the public interest, the respondent adds evidence of which public interest is represented?,” Adrian said at the hearing with the substitute clerk Kiki Eko Saputra.
Meanwhile, the two commissioners, Nofal and Arif Yuamrdi, dug up witnesses related to Mining, Plantation, Forest Release IUP to UPL, UKL, Amdal and environmental permits.
From the testimony of the witness, it was revealed that there was a common thread that the permit document requested by LBH as an information applicant could be given as long as the authority of the West Sumatra Provincial Government was based on the provisions.
The trial was finally suspended for the agenda of reading the conclusions of the parties on the dispute registers 07 and 08 /PS/KISB.
