TOPKATA News – Universitas Dharmas Indonesia (Undhari) successfully held an Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) activity which was held Saturday- Wednesday 20 to 24 August 2022.

This activity was carried out at the Undhari campus which is located at Jalan Lintas Sumatra KM 18 Nagari Kotopadang, Kotobaru District, Dharmasraya. At Undhari itself, this activity is called welcoming Undhari New Students (PMBU) for the 2022/2023 academic year.
Vice Rector III of Undhari Dr. Amar Salahuddin, M.Pd., who is also the chairman of the organizing committee of PKKMB Undhari said Undhari is a boarding campus. Before the PKKMB activity began, it began with the welcoming of new students and their parents at the Undhari campus, a boarding campus.
“Welcoming Maba and the parents of students is a tradition at Undhari. The parent meeting was held to introduce the learning atmosphere and environment on the Undhari campus, especially the Undhari dormitory. With the purpose of the meeting so that parents can directly get acquainted with the ranks of foundation leaders, campus leaders, lecturers, staff, and dormitory coaches, as well as institutions, and campus support units,” said Amar, Thursday, August 25, 2022.
This activity was attended and opened directly by the Founder and Trustee of the Amanah Ampang Kuranji Foundation, Dra. Elviana, M.Si. Deputy of the Andisa Putra Foundation Dt. Mangkurajo, accompanied by Undhari Rector Dr. Gunawan Ali, M.Kom, Vice Rectors I, II, and III, Deans and Heads of Study Programs along with lecturers throughout the Undhari environment parents / guardians of students, as well as new students of Undhari for the 2022/2023 academic year who come from various parts of Sumatra.
Rector of Undhari, Dr.Gunawan Ali, M.Kom., welcomed the new students of Undhari who will start their academic journey at Undhari. “Welcome the best sons and daughters of the future nation of Indonesia who will undergo an academic journey at the Undhari campus. Undhari is boarding and trusted which has successfully maintained excellent accreditation in various excellent study programs,” he said.
Various positive activities in making students become students with character, discipline, and responsibility. Increase the spirit of learning, creating, and innovating for the progress of the nation.
Furthermore, the Founder and Trustee of the Amanah Ampang Kuranji Foundation, Dra. Hj.Elviana, M.Si., said that the foundation fully supports Undhari to be ready to produce scholars with noble character and competent in various fields of expertise through various programs and positive activities at Undhari. Elviana, who is now the chairman of Committee IV of the DPD RI, also appreciated the implementation of the 2022 UNDHARI PKKMB activities.
“The activities of pkkmb for new students of Undhari in 2022 at the Dara Jingga Convention Center building of the Undhari campus, and it seems that students are happy, happy, and happy to participate in PKKMB 2022 activities, and information from the 2022 Maba Undhari admission committee,” he said.
Undhari is still accepting new students until October 8, 2022. All must study with excellent academic service at Undhari. It is also necessary to have good cooperation between parents, and the campus for the smooth process of student education at Undhari from the beginning of entry to graduation.
